Erdinger Alkoholfrei

A Bavarian alcohol-free hefeweizen, naturally isotonic with B vitamins from the brewing process.

About This Drink

Erdinger Alkoholfrei is an alcohol-free hefeweizen from a brewery that has been operating in Erding, Bavaria since 1886. It is brewed according to the Reinheitsgebot, the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516 that limits ingredients to water, malt, hops, and yeast. The beer has a naturally isotonic mineral balance: the brewery describes it as matching blood plasma density, allowing the body to absorb it quickly. Folic acid (B9) and vitamin B12 are present as natural by-products of the brewing process, along with polyphenols at 30mg per 100ml. It is part of Erdinger's alcohol-free range.
