It draws on two of the brand's signature sourcing choices: quinine from Cinchona ledgeriana grown in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and lemon thyme from Provence. The recipe contains no artificial flavourings or sweeteners, carrying the botanical provenance standards of the brand's tonic water range into a ready-to-drink alcohol-free format.
