Force Majeure Tripel is a Belgian alcohol-free tripel that the brewery claims as the first and currently the only one of its kind in the world. Brewed with a three-grain blend that includes wheat and oats, it opens with aromas of ripe banana, spicy coriander, clove, pepper, and floral hops. The body is soft and full, with a smooth, creamy character. The flavour runs lightly sweet, with banana, roasted orange, bubblegum, caramel maltiness, and spicy pepper and cloves. It finishes dry with a balanced bitterness. Force Majeure suggests a chalice glass as the preferred serve, alongside cheese or roasted dishes.
