Franziskaner Alkoholfrei Holunder is a German alcohol-free wheat beer flavoured with elderflower. It is built as a blend, mixing 55% alcohol-free wheat beer with 45% elderflower soft drink. That combination gives it a fruity, elderflower flavour, and it also supplies Vitamin C and folate.
