Franziskaner Alkoholfrei Holunder is the elderflower variant in Franziskaner's alcohol-free radler sub-range, produced at Spaten-Franziskaner-Bräu in Munich. It combines 55% alcohol-free Franziskaner Weissbier with 45% elderflower-flavoured soft drink, following the same blending format as the other fruit-flavoured entries in the sub-range. The Holunder is a non-alcoholic wheat beer radler that brings elderflower character to the flavoured side of Franziskaner's non-alcoholic range.
