Freixenet 0,0 Sparkling White is an alcohol-free sparkling wine from Spain, part of Freixenet's 0,0 range spanning still and sparkling styles. The base wine uses a blend of classic Spanish grape varieties with Airén as the primary grape. The wine is made at full strength, then the alcohol is removed through vacuum distillation at low temperature, a method that uses reduced pressure to lower the boiling point, allowing alcohol to be separated without high heat and preserving more of the wine's aromatic character.
