French Bloom La Cuvée Vintage 2022 is the vintage-dated entry in the French Bloom line, sourced from a single harvest of organic Chardonnay grown in Limoux. Rather than blending across multiple years, each La Cuvée Vintage release reflects one growing season, with this 2022 expression part of the annually-dated series within the range. Production is overseen in collaboration with Rodolphe Frerejean-Taittinger, whose family background in Champagne production brings a fine-wine perspective to the alcohol-free format. The dealcoholisation uses three sequential vacuum passes rather than the single-pass approach common across the category, a technique the brand states better preserves the aromatic character of the original harvest.
