Galipette Rosé Non-Alc is an alcohol-free cider from Brittany, made using keeving, a centuries-old process in which fermentation slows naturally to preserve residual sweetness. The apples are the red-fleshed Pommes à Chair Rouge variety. This is Galipette's second non-alcoholic cider. The colour is a naturally varying amber. In the glass it is sweet and fruity, with a crisp acidity.
