Giesen 0% Riesling is an alcohol-free Riesling made from Giesen Estate Riesling grapes grown in Marlborough and Waipara, New Zealand. The alcohol is removed via spinning cone technology, a method that passes the wine through a column of rotating cones under low pressure to separate the alcohol from the liquid at a low temperature. On the nose, the wine carries lime, citrus blossom and elderflower.
