About This Drink
Giesen 0% Rosé joined the brand's range in 2021 as its second expression, following the 2020 debut of the 0% Sauvignon Blanc. Made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, the Pinot Noir component receives a small amount of skin contact during winemaking to achieve its characteristic colour, while cool-temperature fermentation is used to preserve the primary fruit characters before dealcoholisation. To restore the body and mouthfeel that the dealcoholisation process removes alongside the alcohol, the winemakers finish the blend with a small addition of grape juice.
