Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc is an alcohol-free unoaked still white wine from Marlborough, New Zealand, produced using spinning cone technology (a method that removes the alcohol by spinning the wine in a column under vacuum). The nose brings delicate aromas of fresh lime, redcurrant and lemon shortbread. On the palate, there are citrus flavours with distinct blackcurrant and passionfruit, finishing crisp and dry. The wine has become the top-selling alcohol-removed wine in the U.S. Giesen also makes a 0% Sauvignon Blanc Spritz for a sparkling take on the same variety.
