Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut is an alcohol-free sparkling wine from Hawke's Bay in New Zealand, based on Sauvignon Blanc. It is made using spinning cone technology, a method that gently separates the alcohol from the finished wine while keeping its flavour. The taste is light and refreshing, with lemon, grapefruit and pear. Fine bubbles carry through to a crisp, dry finish.
