Alcohol Sparkling

Hardys Zero Alcohol Sparkling is a 0.0% Australian sparkling wine dealcoholised using Zero Tech X technology, with white peach and citrus on the nose.

About This Drink

Hardys Zero Alcohol Sparkling is a 0.0% Australian sparkling wine from Accolade Wines, dealcoholised using their Zero Tech X process, a low-temperature technique the range launched with in June 2022. Zero Tech X is gentler than most conventional approaches to stripping alcohol from wine, which shows in the aromatic profile. White peach and citrus come through on the nose with some floral lift, and the palate is soft and effervescent with lemon curd and melon. A faint nougat note surfaces on the finish. It won't pass for Champagne, but as a 0.0% sparkling wine it holds together in a flute and doesn't smell of processed grape juice. The ingredients include milk and egg allergens in the de-alcoholised wine base, so it is not suitable for vegans. Available in 750ml bottles at UK supermarkets, it sits at the more approachable end of the 2026 non-alcoholic wine field and works well for Dry January or sober-curious occasions where a sparkling glass matters without the alcohol.
