About This Drink
Heineken 0.0 is an alcohol-free beer from Heineken, first launched in the Netherlands after approximately two years of development. The brand's Global Craft and Brew Master Willem van Waesberghe called it the most challenging brewing process of his career, and it is now available across 117 markets worldwide. It is double brewed, then the alcohol is removed by vacuum distillation, a low-pressure process that evaporates it without high heat. Heineken's own A-Yeast is used in brewing, alongside hop extracts. The beer is fruity with a gentle, malty softness, and tastes almost like the full-alcohol original Heineken. It is also available on draught in more than 10,000 outlets across Europe.
