Hiatus Non-Alcoholic Premium Lager is an alcohol-free beer from Sydney, made by Hiatus Beers. Rather than brewing at full strength and removing the alcohol later, it is brewed using a process that limits alcohol production from the start. The recipe took two years to refine to match the flavour of a traditional full-strength Australian lager.
