Hip Pop Ginger & Yuzu Kombucha is an alcohol-free kombucha brewed in Manchester. It is made by fermenting loose leaf tea, a process that leaves it naturally fizzy and carries the live cultures and probiotics behind its gut-friendly billing. The drink is left unpasteurised, so those cultures stay active in the bottle. Real fruit brings together ginger and citrusy yuzu, with no added sweeteners. It is pale golden in the glass with a gentle natural fizz.
