ISH Alcohol-Free G&T is an alcohol-free gin and tonic produced in Denmark. It is built from sun-dried juniper berries grown in Southern Europe and coriander seeds from Provence, rounded out with a natural citrus blend. The unusual element is a distillate made from chili seed shells, which adds a subtle warmth underneath the drink. To taste, it opens with a juniper bite, then citrus of lemon, lime, mandarin and bitter orange. The tonic gives it a clean, dry bitterness, with that warmth sitting beneath.
