Château del ISH Espumante is the Spanish sparkling entry in ISH's Château del ISH wine range, which also includes still and sparkling options sourced from France and Germany. The base wine uses Airén grapes from the Castilla-La Mancha region. Alcohol is removed using the Spinning Cone Column technique, a method that applies centrifugal force at low temperature to strip alcohol while preserving volatile aromas. This differs from the vacuum distillation applied to other bottles in the Château del ISH range. As an alcohol-free sparkling wine, it is the range's Spanish-sourced expression.
