Château del ISH French Merlot is the red wine entry in ISH's Château del ISH range, which also includes still and sparkling whites and a sparkling rosé from France and Germany. It is made from 100% French Merlot and dealcoholised using vacuum distillation at around 38 degrees Celsius, the same gentle low-temperature method applied to the range's Chardonnay. As a 0.0% alcohol-free red wine, it represents the still-red position within ISH's dedicated wine sub-range.
