Château del ISH Sparkling Rosé is the German sparkling rosé in ISH's Château del ISH wine range, sitting alongside still and sparkling options from France and Spain. The base wine blends Merlot and Pinot Noir sourced specifically from the Rheingau region and carries a Secco classification, placing it in the dry sparkling category. Alcohol is removed via vacuum distillation at around 38 degrees Celsius, a method shared across the Château del ISH range. As an alcohol-free sparkling rosé, it is one of two distinctly German-sourced bottles in the sub-range.
