Château del ISH Sparkling Rosé is an alcohol-free sparkling wine from ISH, the Danish drinks company. It is built on a blend of Merlot and Pinot Noir grapes grown in Castilla-La Mancha, central Spain. The wine is made at full strength and then de-alcoholized, with the alcohol removed after fermentation. It is a demi-sec, meaning medium sweet rather than dry. The taste is sweet and fruit-forward, with raspberry and red fruit. ISH also makes a Sparkling White.
