About This Drink
Château del ISH Sparkling White is the second German sparkling entry in ISH's Château del ISH wine range, made from a blend of Pinot Blanc and Silvaner sourced from the Rheingau region. It carries a demi-sec classification, indicating a touch of residual sweetness that sets it apart from the Secco-classified Sparkling Rosé in the same range. After vacuum distillation at around 38 degrees Celsius removes the alcohol, rectified grape must concentrate is added back to restore body and balance. As an alcohol-free sparkling white wine, it occupies the sweeter sparkling position within the Château del ISH sub-range.
