ISH Mexican Agave Spirit is an award-winning alcohol-free tequila alternative made in Denmark, at Oremandsgaard, one of the country's oldest organic estates. It is a Reposado-style agave spirit, the style of tequila that is rested in wood, and it is built on Mexican agave and American oak. The distillate uses the shells from chili seeds, with bay leaf and brown sugar among the other ingredients, and pure, pesticide-free water from the estate. It tastes earthy, with agave and oakwood, and ends on a smooth finish.
