Jever Fun is an alcohol-free Pilsener from Jever, the German town that gives the brand its name. First brewed in 1991, it stays true to the classic German pilsener style. The beer is brewed at full strength and the alcohol is then removed through cool vacuum distillation, where the beer is heated under reduced pressure so the alcohol evaporates at a lower temperature. The result carries an intense and powerful flavour profile.
