JP Chenet Chardonnay is an alcohol-free white wine from France, made from Chardonnay grapes. It is de-alcoholised by vacuum distillation, meaning the wine is fermented at full strength and the alcohol is then drawn off under low pressure so the flavours stay intact. Golden in the glass, it has an aroma of white flowers, white peach, yellow fruits, citrus blossom and vanilla. The taste brings green apple, pear and lemon zest, with a buttery character. The brand also makes a sparkling alcohol-free Chardonnay.
