About This Drink
JP Chenet Pinot Noir Sparkling is a sparkling rosé wine made in France, produced from a fully fermented wine that is then de-alcoholised by vacuum distillation, a process that lowers the pressure so the alcohol evaporates at a lower temperature while the flavour is kept. It is made from Pinot Noir grapes, with no added flavours. In the glass it is pale pink with fine, delicate bubbles, and the aroma carries strawberry alongside other red fruit. On the palate it is soft and fruity, with a clean, refreshing, easy-drinking finish and a light red berry character. It suits serving as an alcohol-free aperitif.
