The process macerates dark fruits in organic apple cider vinegar for several days before filtering, drawing on the deep characters of Rhone, Amarone, and Priorat. Jukes prioritised a dry, earthy finish to avoid the cloying sweetness common in fruit-based soft drinks. Jukes 6 is the most robust expression in the brand's numbered cordial range and is positioned for pairing with red meat and hearty dishes.
