Stoker's Extra Smooth is the nitro variant within JumpShip's Stoker's sub-series, built on the same base recipe as the original Stoker's Stout. That recipe includes cacao and vanilla extract alongside the oat and barley base. The defining difference between the two is carbonation: the Extra Smooth switches from CO2 to nitrogen gas infusion, which creates finer bubbles and a creamier body. As an alcohol-free nitro stout, it represents the more textural end of JumpShip's Edinburgh-brewed lineup.
