About This Drink
Lightwave is built on a base of apple juice and birch bark extract, layered with lavender essence, vanilla extract, smoked salt and passionflower, then stacked with adaptogens: Reishi mushroom, L-Theanine, L-Tryptophan and Magnesium Glycinate. No caffeine, no alcohol. The pour is clear with a faint warm hue and steady carbonation. The nose is calm and aromatic: lavender at the fore, sweet vanilla beneath, with a savoury smoked salt note threading through. On the palate it is light-bodied and gently sweet, with the lavender and vanilla framing a soft, earthy mushroom depth. The finish is smooth with a quiet herbal fade. The lavender-vanilla pairing could easily tip into something cloying, but the smoked salt pulls it back. It is not a drink for everyone, but if you want something that genuinely tastes different from sparkling water or a fruit-forward RTD, the flavour profile is distinctive.
