Krombacher Weizen non alcoholic is an alcohol-free German wheat beer, brewed in the traditional style with wheat malt, barley malt, Hallertau hops and wheat yeast, then the alcohol removed. It is also isotonic, making it suitable for rehydration. Cloudy amber-gold in the glass with a creamy white head, it shows banana, clove, wheat and a touch of citrus on the nose. The palate is smooth and fruity, with sweet wheat malt, light banana esters, soft clove spice and a gentle bitterness. The finish is clean, hazy and refreshing.
