La Borosa Blanco is an alcohol-free tequila alternative made from blue agave in Mexico. The agave is gently cooked in traditional clay ovens, then the drink is made by blending distillates of tequila essence and married with oak, all hand made in small batches with the guidance of a Maestro Tequilero, a master tequila maker. The aroma is fresh agave. To taste it is crisp and clean, with fresh agave carrying a touch of minerality and spice, before a smooth, clean finish. La Borosa also makes a Margarita.
