La Galinière's Sensation Provence Rosé is an alcohol-free rosé produced by dealcoholising a wine made in Côtes de Provence, from Grenache grapes harvested at night to keep them fresh before the alcohol is removed. Dealcoholising means the wine is fully fermented as usual, then has the alcohol taken out afterwards. It's pale pink with peach highlights, and the aroma carries grapefruit, citrus, exotic fruit and herbs. The palate is fresh with citrus, dry and concentrated in aromatics, finishing clean and precise.
