Lautus Rosé is an alcohol-free wine from South Africa, made from Pinotage grapes grown at Voor Paardeberg near Paarl in the Western Cape. It is de-alcoholised, meaning the wine is fermented at full strength and the alcohol is then removed. The taste is strawberry and red berry fruit. Lautus also makes a Sparkling Rosé.
