Lautus Sauvignon Blanc is an alcohol-free white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in Stellenbosch and a coastal region of South Africa. It is de-alcoholised, meaning the wine is fermented at full strength and then has its alcohol removed. The taste leans towards tropical fruit, with pineapple, passionfruit, white peach and melon, alongside lime and a crisp, dry acidity.
