About This Drink
Lo Bros Kombucha Passionfruit is the tropical entry in the brand's kombucha range, sitting alongside citrus, berry, and ginger flavour variants. The drink is brewed in small batches in Berkshire, built on a base of organic Oolong and Green teas, and slow-fermented over 21 days. It is never pasteurised: the brand states each bottle contains over 100 million living cultures as a result. The extended fermentation reduces sugar as a structural outcome of the process, with the final product containing less than 1 gram per 100ml.
