About This Drink
Lo Bros Original Kombucha sits at the centre of the brand's kombucha range as its unflavoured, foundational expression, intended to reflect the character of traditionally home-brewed kombucha. It is slow-brewed over 21 days in small batches at a facility in Berkshire, using a blend of oolong and green teas as the base for SCOBY fermentation. The brand does not pasteurise this alcohol-free kombucha, leaving the live cultures intact throughout. The fermentation process is also designed to consume almost all of the sugar present, resulting in the low-sugar profile the brand describes.
