Longbottom & Co was founded in London in 2019 by Ed Bathgate, with the Virgin Mary built around Canary and Pear tomatoes sourced from southern Spain, pressed without concentrate or preservatives. The seasoning combines vegan Worcester sauce, horseradish, Scotch bonnet, capers and red pepper purée, making it a fully non-alcoholic Virgin Mary in ready-to-drink format.
