Martini Floreale is the floral expression in Martini's alcohol-free aperitivo range, launched in February 2020 as the house entered the non-alcoholic category. It is built on the same wine base used in Martini's vermouths, with alcohol removed by reverse osmosis, then infused with botanicals including Roman chamomile and artemisia. Floreale sits alongside Vibrante as one of the brand's two dealcoholised aperitivos.
