Martini Vibrante is an alcohol-free aperitivo from the Pessione estate in Piedmont, launched in February 2020. The base wine has its alcohol removed by reverse osmosis, a filtration method that separates alcohol using membranes, before being infused with artemisia, Italian bergamot, and chamomile. It is part of the brand's AF aperitivo line.
