About This Drink
Where most of the Mash Gang lineup leans into bold hop character or pastry stout territory, Dry January Lager goes the other way. It's unfussy by design: pale, clear, light carbonation with a head that fades quickly. The malt character is understated, a gentle cereal grain note with no real sweetness to slow things down. Hop bitterness is minimal, present enough to keep the finish dry without asserting itself. The overall effect is clean and easy, which is the point. It's a seasonal release, so availability is limited to the Dry January window. As a no-fuss lager swap, it does what it needs to without overclaiming.
