Part of the McGuigan Zero alcohol-free wine range, this rosé is made from Shiraz grapes grown in South Eastern Australia. The dealcoholisation involves a two-stage spinning cone process: the first pass extracts the wine's delicate aromatics, the second removes the alcohol, and the captured essences are then blended back to restore the varietal character. McGuigan developed the Zero range with the intent of crafting base wines specifically suited to this process from the outset, rather than adapting standard wines after the fact.
