McGuigan Zero Sauvignon Blanc is the Sauvignon Blanc in McGuigan Zero's alcohol-free wine range, sourced from vineyards in South Eastern Australia. Post-fermentation, the alcohol is drawn off using a spinning cone process at low temperatures, a technique that gently separates the alcohol from the wine by spinning it through a series of cones, minimising heat exposure and helping to preserve the wine's aromas.
