Mikkeller Burst Free is the non-alcoholic IPA in Mikkeller's AF range, produced at De Proefbrouwerij in Belgium. The mikkellensis yeast used in its fermentation was developed specifically through a partnership between Mikkeller and De Proefbrouwerij. The grain bill combines wheat and barley malt, giving the beer a broader malt base than a standard single-malt IPA.
