Drink'in the Snow is Mikkeller's alcohol-free take on a Christmas ale, brewed with warming spices and no alcohol. In the glass it's hazy reddish brown, topped with a soft, off-white head. The aroma leads with dried fruit, orange peel and rye bread, joined by brown sugar, coriander, chocolate and gentle herbal spice. On the palate it's malty and gently sweet, with dried apricot, treacle bread and brown sugar, balanced against orange bitterness and soft spice. The body is medium and smooth, with a rounded malt texture, and it finishes clean and lightly bitter rather than sticky. Serve it lightly chilled, around 8 to 10°C, in a stemmed glass.
