Mikkeller Drink'in the Sun is the pale wheat ale in the brand's alcohol-free range. It was produced through Mikkeller's collaboration with De Proefbrouwerij, the same partnership through which the mikkellensis yeast was co-developed for the wider AF series. As a non-alcoholic American pale wheat ale, it sits alongside IPAs, lagers, and other variants in the line-up.
