Mikkeller Weird Weather is the hazy IPA in the brand's alcohol-free range, sitting alongside pale wheat ales, lagers, and other AF variants. The range was built on a deliberate collaboration between Mikkeller and De Proefbrouwerij, through which the two breweries co-developed the proprietary mikkellensis yeast strain used across the series. Weird Weather is a non-alcoholic beer that draws on that co-developed fermentation foundation.
