Monday Whiskey is an alcohol-free whiskey from Drink Monday, the company's second non-alcoholic release. It is made at a distillery in Southern California and matured in white oak. The aroma carries butterscotch, raisin and toasted brown sugar. On the palate it turns to roasted coffee, rich caramel and warm molasses. The finish is long, with spicy heat and a touch of orange.
