Havaniets Barrel-Aged Rum 0.0% is an alcohol-free dark spirit from Niets, billed as the world's first 0.0% barrel-aged dark spirit and made from Dominican sugarcane molasses. It is double-distilled in Brussels by Niets, a producer distilling since 1898, then aged for five months in new oak barrels given a medium char, the level of toasting on the inside of the cask that draws out colour and depth. Everything in it is natural, with nothing artificial and no additives. The taste carries vanilla, coffee, cinnamon and nutmeg. It is an award-winning rum alternative.
