NOA's Non-Alcoholic Italian Amaro is an award-winning, alcohol-free amaro, a style of Italian herbal drink, made in Canada. It is built by combining ancestral macerations of fruits, roots, herbs and spices, where the botanicals are steeped to draw out their flavour, with modern blending of natural extracts and aromas. The aroma recalls mulled wine, heavy with clove and cinnamon. Through the palate it turns to jammy fruit, and it closes on a pithy orange peel finish.
