NON 1 Salted Raspberry & Chamomile is the founding expression of the NON range, an alcohol-free wine alternative assembled from precision-sourced components rather than dealcoholised wine. The freeze-dried raspberries are sourced from Tasmania, and the acidity comes from verjus produced with Semillon grapes grown in the Barossa Valley. Chamomile provides the tannin structure and a creamy finish.
