NON 5 Lemon Marmalade & Hibiscus is an alcohol-free sparkling wine alternative from Australia, built on Semillon verjus. It's suited to aperitif hour and alcohol-free hosting, and feels more like a drink made for food than a standard soft drink: fresh, tart and floral rather than sweet and simple. In the glass it's bright golden yellow, lightly carbonated. The aroma carries lemon marmalade, hibiscus, lemongrass, lemon myrtle, peppermint and soft florals.
