Pinot Grigio
Lightly carbonated Australian white with crisp cooking apple and gooseberry flavour
About This Drink
Not Guilty Pinot Grigio is an award-winning alcohol-free white wine from Australia, made by winemaker Jamie Saint at Australian Vintage. It is de-alcoholised using spinning cone technology, a method that separates the alcohol out of the finished wine. On the nose, the wine has fresh, lifted floral aromas with citrus and pear. In the glass, it is fresh and fruity, light and refreshing. The texture is lightly carbonated, though it is not a sparkling wine. On the palate, the flavour is sharp, with a character reminiscent of cooking apples or gooseberries, and the finish is crisp and balanced. Best served slightly chilled.
